Travelling with a big group? We've got you covered. We offer multiple neighbouring properties, including 3 and 4-bedroom homes located side by side, making it easy for larger groups to stay close together while still enjoying their own space. We also have a granny flat available for parents, family members or those wanting a little extra privacy while remaining close to the action.

All of our properties are fully equipped for a comfortable stay and include BBQ facilities, making them the perfect place to gather with friends before heading out to enjoy everything Rhythm and Vines and Gisborne have to offer.

We want everyone to have an amazing time, create great memories and enjoy the festival atmosphere. To help us provide quality accommodation for all guests, we ask everyone to respect a few simple house rules.

• All guests are required to sign a guest agreement.
• A security bond applies to all bookings.
• We require all members of the group to take responsibility for the property, not just the person who made the booking.
• Visitors are welcome during reasonable hours, however only registered guests may stay overnight or use bathroom and shower facilities.
• Please respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a reasonable level when returning home late at night.
• Leave the property as you found it so future guests can enjoy it too.
